Terms of Service
By accessing or downloading images from this gallery, you agree to the following Terms of Service:
1. Authorized Access Only
This gallery is private and intended solely for the couple, their families, and invited guests.
Do not share the gallery link or download PIN (if applicable) with anyone who is not directly connected to the wedding/event.
Unauthorized access or downloads are strictly prohibited and may result in access being revoked.
2. Image Usage
Images may be downloaded for personal use only, including:
Personal printing
Sharing with friends/family
Posting on personal social media accounts (with credit to the photographer)
Not allowed without written permission:
Commercial use (marketing, resale, promotions)
Use in publications (print or online)
Altering images in a way that misrepresents the photographer’s work
3. Privacy + Respect
Some images may include individuals in swimwear or private settings. Downloading, sharing, or republishing such images without direct connection to the event or the individual(s) photographed is considered a violation of privacy.
Any suspicious or inappropriate activity will be investigated and reported.
4. Copyright
All photos are copyright © Jeanie Horton Photography.
Clients receive personal-use rights but do not own the copyright. The photographer retains full copyright unless otherwise stated in writing.
5. Revocation of Access
The photographer reserves the right to disable or remove access to any gallery or individual user at any time, especially in cases of suspicious activity, misuse, or violation of these terms.
6. Download & Delivery
Downloading is permitted only for those given access by the couple or photographer.
Full-resolution images are intended for personal use and printing only.
Image quality, edits, and curation are final unless stated otherwise in your contract.
